purity, price, and quality etc. of our suppliers. The
quality of goods is supervised from the very beginning
of every project, as to those unqualified suppliers,
the system is to list them on to ‘Untrustworthy List’
automatically.

| 根据客户的要求，项目负责人指导技术路线，合成工艺以及实验中的原始数据全部录入系统，确保最终产品的相关实验数据以及检测报告的真实性和完整性，杜绝实验过程中的记录疏漏或随意修改。同时，这些合成工艺数据也是公司内部数据库的重要来源，从而实现公司内部技术经验的系统化，便于今后的类似项目参考利用，加快项目进程。
According to clients’ requirement,
project manager should guide synthetic technology routine.
All data gained from performed synthesis processes and
experiments are input into our system. This ensures
the authenticity and integrality of all experimental
data and analysis reports related to the target compounds
as our goods. Such a measure also eliminates oversight
and arbitrary revise during the synthesis procedure.
Meanwhile, these synthesis-related data makes the fundamental
source for Linlead Pharm’s internal database, which
systemizes Yield’s own technology accumulation. These
cases, serving as available reference, will finally
help to accelerate similar projects in the future.

| 凌帝仁化工所提供的化合物在纯度和质量上都能达到或超过客户的要求。我们有严格的质量保证/质量控制系统，以及确保产品质量的客户协议。整个质量保证/质量控制系统的流程都受到管理规范的控制：项目负责人主要负责技术步骤全程监控和操作；实验开始前由技术总监亲自对所有实验员，特别是项目负责人作技术路线指导,确保相关人员都能熟悉该实验的流程,避免发生错误。
对于最终产物，实验室具备检测手段和制度，准确检测其结构及纯度是否达标,并及时为客户提供大量准确的数据。
Linlead pharm delivers compounds
that totally meet or exceed your specifications
for purity and quantity. We have strict QA/QC
systems and protocols to ensure the quality of
compounds. The QA/QC procedures operate under
regulatory guidelines: A project leader is responsible
for the supervising and operation during the whole
technical procedure. Before the beginning of a
project the CTO gives instructions on the synthesis
route to all participating persons, especially
the project leader, in order to familiarize them
with the procedure and emphasis is given in order
to avoid possible mistakes.
A systematic set of analysis
apparatus and regulations is available in Linlead
pharm’s laboratories to verify the chemical structure
and to decide whether the compound is in the contracted
range of purity
